In the short five minute address, Sri M asked padayatris their well being and said that the ashram is spiritually charged, and one must meditate as much as possible at such places. He said that the place was a place of devotion to Ram and one can see many Ram bhaktas here. He added that the most important thing in the path of spirituality was that one should not be a hypocrite, what is inside should also reflect outside - if one lies to oneself and to others, if one is an expression of lies, then, how is one to aspire for, or attain the ultimate truth? He stressed the importance of not speaking on matters of minor importance, such as the affairs of others, and matters that do not concern oneself. After this short address, the yatris proceeded to the Ram Temple and Hanuman Temple. Sri M and the padayatris offered prayers here. Shri Brahmachaitanya Gondavalekar Maharaj himself established the Ram Temple. The temple is a five-minute walk from the ashram. He met devotees here and at the ashram. Shri Brahmachaitanya Gondavalekar Maharaj also resided here and Sri M visited his room and offered prayers there. Soon after this, Sri M and the walkers visited a shrine to Vitthoba; the idol there is said to have been found in a pond. After this, they visited the Hanuman temple, a stone’s throw away from the Ram Temple. The area around this temple was where Gondavalekar Maharaj spent his time as a child. They walked back to the ashram and the gathering dispersed after this. Sri M stopped at the office of the temple and met the authorities. The padayatris went about their chores for the rest of the day and spent time at leisure in the small pilgrimage town.
